Cookie and privacy information
CyberTeam uses a strictly necessary cookie to remember your cookie preferences. Optional analytics or marketing services are enabled only after you grant the corresponding permission.
Necessary cookie
The ct_consent_v1 cookie records the consent version, analytics and marketing preferences and the time of your choice for up to 180 days. It is needed to remember your decision.
Optional categories
Google Analytics 4 measurement (G-1H5MJCHYSV) loads only after you allow the Analytics category. Consultation, quotation, telephone, email and service call-to-action clicks, and successful contact-form submissions, are measured only with analytics consent. Events sent to Google Analytics do not include names, email addresses, telephone numbers or message contents. No Google Ads or Google Tag Manager identifier is currently configured.
Changing your choice
You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings button. Rejecting optional categories does not affect essential website functions.
Contact form
The name, email address, subject and message submitted through the contact form are forwarded to CyberTeam so that your enquiry can be handled. Delivery depends on the configured service provider.
Retention of contact messages
CyberTeam also stores the name, email address, subject and full text of contact-form submissions in a restricted-access database on its own server to process enquiries and recover messages if email forwarding fails. Technical transmission statuses are also recorded. The information needed to send the email is passed to the SMTP service provider. The controller must specify the final retention and deletion periods in its privacy notice.
